Psoas (Trauma & Stress) Release Therapy

Psoas Release Therapy is a form of yoga therapy designed to assist our body’s innate ability to release trauma – physically, mentally, and emotionally. The practice targets the psoas, a large muscle in our lower torso that connects the thigh bone to the thoracic spine. This technique is effective for EVERY BODY, whether a champion athlete or unable to move due to chronic back pain. Designed specifically for stress and trauma release, this therapy helps you to retrain your body to energetically release fear, stress, and the traumas of life that get trapped in our tissues. This technique is scientifically proven to help with healing trauma, PTSD, and general stress management. The 75-Minute session also includes Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” to deeply heal and restore the body, mind, and nervous system. It is a perfect complement to Psoas Release.
