The Master of Advanced Yoga Specialty & Therapeutics (M-AYST) Program
Thank you for your interest in our 300/500 Hour Master Advanced Yoga Specialty & Therapeutics (M-AYST) Training Program. We are thrilled that you are considering investing in your teaching and personal growth in this way!
The M-AYST program consists of a variety of courses that focus on different aspects of yoga specialty training, therapeutics, touch, retreat facilitation, and yoga wellness coaching.
The program allows you to take any of our online self-paced courses and any live in-person or online courses that are designated as a part of our AYST or M-AYST program to accrue hours toward completion.
Why the AYST/M-AYST Program is Unique:
- We offer a variety of training options. You can join us continuing education, Specialty Area Certifications, or you can accrue hours toward a 300 or 500 hour M-AYST Certificate.
- We offer international training. No matter where you are in the world, you can complete our training with an internet connection.
- You may complete the training at your own pace. That said, we do require that you keep moving forward toward completion. You may not have more than a six months gap between courses in the interest of keeping the training momentum going.
- We provide mentoring throughout training. You will receive a personal mentor who will help guide and assist you throughout your training. This improves your learning and retention, maintains accountability, and provides on-going support and education throughout your training experience.
- We keep our class sizes small. Because we provide mentoring throughout our training program, we are committed to keeping the class sizes small throughout training. This helps foster relationship development to build a safe and supportive community, and ensures that you get the most out of your training experience.
- M-AYST candidates can choose their emphasis. M-AYST candidates can choose their emphasis in Therapeutics or Yoga Wellness Coaching.
- Previous coursework will be accepted if it was taken through Inspiritus Yoga (homework must be submitted and signed off on by the director). Coursework outside of Inspiritus Yoga may be submitted for approval of the director with a small exception fee.
Tuition
The cost of tuition is $3999 US for the 300 M-AYST hour program plus an additional $2499 US if you choose to complete the 500 hour program. Payment arrangements are available upon request as coordinated with the program director.
All videos and training materials are included in the cost of tuition. Some courses require a small pass-through materials fee. The cost of travel, meals, lodging, and required/suggested reading materials are not included in the cost of tuition, and are the responsibility of the trainee.
M-AYST Candidate Application Process
The following is the application process for those pursuing a M-AYST certification.
- Submit application and $100 enrollment fee.
- Schedule and complete phone introduction with the program director.
- Sign and return the Waiver & Release form.
- Pay tuition. Payment plans are available upon request.
- You will be set up in Arketa, along with instructions on how access the course videos and materials. You can take the courses in whatever order you choose, unless there is a prerequisite for that course.
- Once you complete all of the required coursework, homework, and final project, you will receive your M-AYST certificate!
