Leanne Parsons is the Assistant Licensed Yoga Teacher Trainer for the Canadian Training Center. She is also co-founder and co-owner of BreatheMoveBe.
Leanne was first introduced to yoga by a friend with an invitation to a class at her local YWCA. It didn’t take Leanne very long to feel the effects that the practice had on her physically as well as emotionally and spiritually. Leanne has worked in the corporate world for the past 25 years and stress is an ongoing challenge. Her focus has always been on seeking ways to help minimize that stress, Leanne enjoys weight training, and distance running, she has competed in several 5K, 10K and Half Marathon races. Leanne uses her yoga practice as a way to both balance work and life related stress and to compliment her other fitness activities. Leanne is a lifelong learner and felt drawn to deepen her knowledge of yoga. She pursued her 200hr RYT as well as additional training in Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga for Runners. Leanne lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan where she teaches Yoga for Runners/Athletes and corporate yoga classes. As a co-founder and co-owner of BreatheMoveBe Leanne helps facilitate Fitness Yoga Instructor (FYI) teacher training and a variety of workshops.
