Divine Healing for Women
Stress & Trauma Release with Sound

Join “The Retreat Ladies” for an empowering yoga class infused with the soothing vibrations of crystal bowl healing and the deep healing effects of Psoas Release and Yoga Nidra meditation. Experience a blend of standing and floor asana (postures) and movement designed to release stress, tension and trauma held in the body, mind, and spirit.

Psoas Release is a yoga therapy class targeted to allow our bodies innate ability to release stress and trauma, both physically and emotionally. The therapy targets the psoas, a large muscle in our lower torso that holds stress and trauma in the body and is deeply connected to the stress and fight-or-flight response. Based on the TRE or Trauma Release Exercises developed by David Berceli, PhD, this class will help you to retrain your body to energetically release stress as well as the little and big traumas of life held in our tissues. All of this will take place while enjoying the soothing and healing vibrations of crystal bowls. The class will conclude with a Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation designed to help the body integrate the practice in a deep state of healing and restoration. This therapy is helpful for both physical and emotional healing.

At the end of our time together, we will enjoy some girlfriend time with snacks and refreshments.

Testimonials

The Retreat Ladies are wonderful.  I feel very fortunate to have been able to participate in a few of their full day mini retreats.  These retreats are food for the soul.  Sara and Dawn are down to earth, warm and welcoming.  If you have the opportunity to take some time out for yourself to nurture your mind, body and soul please do.  I always leave a better person for having attended and I am grateful for the work they do! ~Claudette

I have attended several of the mini retreats with Dawn and Sara.  It is a vacation every time and is so needed! They are welcoming and authentic, I feel so cared for by these ladies. I have learned a lot about myself during the retreats. Thank you!  ~Marti

Dawn and Sara’s mini retreat workshop was amazing. The flow of all we did was perfectly planned out – plenty enough time for all components and nothing ever felt rushed. It was great to connect with other like-minded women in a small group but large enough to interact with a diverse group. Dawn and Sara’s knowledge in their area is fantastic. The retreat also provided each of us with resources to continue the learning and growing. Thank you! ~Donna

I enjoyed the one-day “Intention-Setting Mini Retreat” with Dawn and Sara. As a newcomer, I felt at ease-positive attitudes and vibes from this group of ladies. The day was creating a “Vision” instead of a Resolution. The tools provided started with restorative yoga, questions/journaling, meditation, mindful eating, vision board and Qi Gong.  We shared feelings and thoughts allowing us to set a purpose and make our vision come to fruition. It was a well-planned session, with just enough time to complete what we started. Thank you. ~Anna
