A typical day might include yoga, meditation, massage/self-care time, hiking or nature walks, a workshop or two, wonderful healthy meals, a mindful eating experience, and group bonding time at a campfire.

You are invited to a packing party sponsored by Women4Women Tempe and The Retreat Ladies!
Voted nonprofit of the month in 2022, Women4Women Tempe, Inc was founded with a mission to distribute feminine hygiene products to un-housed and low-income women.
Women4Women has grown into a 501 (C) 3 in 5 short years. They deliver over 3,500 pad and tampon bags a month to over 40 distribution sites. They partner with Tempe Community Action Agency, The Aris Foundations, Alliance for Period Supplies, Grace’s Thrift Store, Guardian Angels Catholic Community, The Pad Project, Arizona Health Start Program and many more.
Join us for an evening of women coming together
to support other women sponsored by Women4Women Tempe
and The Retreat Ladies.
Packing parties provide support for unhoused and low income women all over Arizona. Once you attend a packing party you may want to host one yourself. Your help is greatly appreciated! Please visit women4womentempe.org for more information.
A suggested $15-$20 cash donation is requested, but any donation is greatly appreciated. Your donation will go towards Women4Women to keep them supplied and The Retreat Ladies Scholarship fund to help low-income women attend our retreats. Cash donations only please.

Full Moon Float - Sept. 29

Both the human body and the earth itself are comprised of about 70% water, and we can only live about 3 days without it. Not only do we need water to survive, it also has tremendous healing and therapeutic benefits.
Water can physiologically and psychologically benefit people because of its therapeutic nature. For thousands of years it has been known to help cure illness, refresh the body and relax the mind. Since those ancient times water has been one of the most effective elements in combating illness and injury. I enjoyed the one-day “Intention-Setting Mini Retreat” with Dawn and Sara. As a newcomer, I felt at ease-positive attitudes and vibes from this group of ladies. The day was creating a “Vision” instead of a Resolution. The tools provided started with restorative yoga, questions/journaling, meditation, mindful eating, vision board and Qi Gong.
