A typical day might include yoga, meditation, massage/self-care time, hiking or nature walks, a workshop or two, wonderful healthy meals, a mindful eating experience, and group bonding time at a campfire.

I enjoyed the one-day “Intention-Setting Mini Retreat” with Dawn and Sara. As a newcomer, I felt at ease-positive attitudes and vibes from this group of ladies. The day was creating a “Vision” instead of a Resolution. The tools provided started with restorative yoga, questions/journaling, meditation, mindful eating, vision board and Qi Gong. We shared feelings and thoughts allowing us to set a purpose and make our vision come to fruition. It was a well-planned session, with just enough time to complete what we started. Thank you. ~Anna
