Yoga and Wellness Retreats

Leave the demands of daily life, experience refreshment, renewal and re-discovery.

Beautiful things can happen while participating in one of our retreats because we are fully present, without the distractions and demands of daily life. A retreat provides the opportunity for rest and restoration, deep healing, self-discovery, finding a spiritual connection and deeper connections with ourselves and others, learning new things and transformation. You’ll gain tools that will improve your overall wellness and quality of life.

Our retreats are designed to help you decompress, destress and recover from the demands of daily life. There is so much you can do at one of our retreats.

  • Spend time in nature

The Story of Nyla Evans

I first met Dawn when I took a leap of faith and decided to register and attend a Christian yoga retreat she lead & facilitated in Oracle, AZ in 2011. It was an amazing experience to practice yoga through the teachings of Jesus Christ and to fully exploring self-discovery in my faith, love, & devotion through scripture and yoga.

I had no idea what I was going to experience and the “unknown” created tremendous vulnerability for me. Dawn supported my vulnerability, as well as all of the attendees. For me, that was so important.

Yoga is a modality that exposes your vulnerabilities and guides you closer to your “true self” through self-discovery.”
