Join us for a Yoga Therapeutics & Touch Training yoga camp immersion where together we will learn the ins and outs of various modalities of "touch", including Confident Touch, Reiki, and Thai Yoga Bodywork. Discover the "cooler" side of the practice and learn to teach Yin Yoga. Yin is a slow and introspective practice using deeply held postures (3-5 minute stretches) with a meditative focus to release back, hips, shoulders and legs.
